A species of hunting ants that has very large toothed jaws, a characteristic for which it is highly prized.
Other morphological characteristics of this species is that it has a more elongated shape than other species.
They have very good vision to be able to hunt small insects for food.
Origin: India, Southeast Asia, Malaysia.
Recommended anthills: Acrylic, Ytong, vertical with substrate.
Recommended accessories: Special drinker for species with large jaws.
Temperature: 24 – 28ºC
Humidity: 50 – 80%
Hibernation: No
Diet: Small insects.
