Orders are sent through the MRW company, once sent it may take between 24-48 hours to receive it in the peninsula, in the Canary Islands it may take longer due to the different controls and transport.

For European shipments it may take between 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping prices are negotiated with the transport company, for this reason we cannot specify a fixed amount per shipment and this amount may vary depending on situations outside of Antderground.

Shipping prices can be viewed at all times in the Cart part of your purchase.

In certain situations due to quantity or promotion we can offer free shipping. (Only at certain times).

It is important to note that in the current situation, you may see problems with punctual deliveries due to major causes.

If for any reason you want to cancel the order, you can contact the Antderground team at [email protected] or WhatsApp (658809905), indicating the order number or invoice number. If the order has already been sent, it will proceed as an order return.

Once the order is canceled, the value of the order / product will be reimbursed.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
